Smile.

In lock-down version 3, here’s some things I do to up-lift me. Sing: Be it a ditty, power ballad or lullaby it’s something I do to try; try and lift my spirits as the long day pass by. The more I sing plentiful chemicals it does bring; bring to my mind, heart and soul. My passion for singing it makes me whole.

The smile it brings to my face; it’s up-lifting a feeling I embrace.

In lock-down version 3 here’s some things I do to up-lift me. Move; be it a walk, one hundred star-jumps or a sprint on the bike, being in physical motion is a state I like: Like the sensation of my breath, intensifying, with each activity I am striving: striving to be the best I can be, to help me be free: free from the tyranny of my day.

The smile it brings to my face; it’s up-lifting a feeling I embrace

In lock-down version 3, here’s some things I do to up-lift me. Intentionally minded: Be it in all that I do, to help with the changes that you and I go through: Through this Pandemic, united we stand, for each other and others I lend a hand: Hands clap each day, in gratitude to you: You the Key Workers all heros!I am so proud of what you do.

The smile it brings to my face; it’s up-lifting a feeling I embrace

In lock-down version 3, here’s some things I do to up-lift me. Love: Be it a person, a pet or a place I hold near: Near to my heart, I in-take: Take into my mind those memories of the time: Time I spend with you, so special a time: Time with precious ones that I can love, laugh, cry and live a life mostly a peace and not strife.

The smile it brings to my face; it’s up-lifting a feeling I embrace.

In lock-down version 3, here’s some things I do to up-lift me. Engage: Be it, in a room, garden, across the street or zoom, engageing’s the key: Key to a emotionally healthier lockdown version 3, it’s to the future, through the woods in which lights we shall see: See the R rate reduce so we can emerge stronger of body and mind be patient, be courageous, be loving, be kind.
